About the Event
SELF-CARE + SCIENCE
May 14th - 7:00pm - 8:30pm
What we will cover:
1. We will talk about what self-compassion in, and how we can care for our self throughout our every day.
2. We will talk about the science behind mindfulness, and what part of our brain we are accessing when we use different self-care tools.
3. We will talk about our inner critic, what its purpose is, and how we can train our brain to not have such a negativity bias.
4. We will practice mindful meditations and how to do these at home.
